PRIVACY POLICY

As a necessary part of the interaction of the USERS with the SITE, YAELTEX collects and stores data. By registering or browsing the SITE, the USER or visitor consents to the use of their personal information according to the policies described below.

When the USER registers in the SITE, non-sensitive personal data will be required. The personal data collected by YAELTEX will be incorporated into the YAELTEX database. The incorporation of personal data has the sole purpose of allowing users to access the services provided by the SITE, and optionally, offer dedicated advertising or content that may become of USER interest, sending updates to the PRODUCTS, or sending commercial information about PRODUCTS and SERVICES offered, now and in the future.

When users leave comments on the SITE, we collect the data that is displayed in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the browser user agent chain to help detect spam.

An anonymous chain created from the USER’s email address (also called hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to check if it is in use. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After the approval of your comment, the image of your profile is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

When the USER leaves a comment on the SITE, you can choose to save your name, email address and web in cookies. This is for the comfort of USUARUI, so you do not have to re-fill your data when leaving another comment. These cookies will be kept for one year.

If the USER has an account on this site, we will install a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal data and is deleted when the browser is closed.

When the USER initiates a session, we will also install several cookies to store their login information and their screen viewing options. The cookies are two days old, and the screen options cookies last one year. If “Remember me” is selected, the login will last for two weeks. If the USUARUI leaves your account, the cookies will be deleted.

If a comment or publication is edited or modified, an additional cookie will be saved in the USER’s browser. This cookie does not include personal data and simply indicates the ID of the article that was edited. Expires after 1 day 

Likewise, it is possible that YAELTEX makes the personal data provided by the USER available to certain outsourcing companies that participate in the normal operation of the SITE.

YAELTEX declares that, to the extent of its possibilities, it will take all the necessary measures and required by law for the protection of its databases and personal data. However, the USER must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not infallible and that there is the unlikely event of an involuntary leak of information.
